  • In order to begin any cases, we will require a completed Paraplanning Request Case form from you.  Once we have this, we will send you an email confirming the case details, the cost and the estimated timeframe that it will take to provide the work.  Once you confirm this email, we will begin working on the case.
  • Along the way, we will communicate with you by email or phone in regards to any further information needed from you or to discuss aspects of the case.
  • We prefer any decisions taken between us to be confirmed in an email to provide a completed audit trail for the regulators.
  • We are always more than happy to discuss potential cases and solutions at the outset.
  • Our charges are set depending on the type of case that you require.  All costs will be confirmed before the work commences so that you can either charge our fees back to the clients or include them in your fees.
  • Please feel free to call or email us with no obligations or contracts.
  • PLEASE NOTE, UNLIKE MANY OTHER PARAPLANNERS WE DO NOT TIE YOU IN TO ANY CONTRACT AND HAVE NO RETAINER TO PAY.  YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU NEED, WHEN YOU NEED IT.
