Our team are trained on a multitude of software options so the changes are, we can use whichever you currently do. We hold our own licences for several of these including FE Analytics, Cash Calc and SelectaPension but are happy to use your licences for whichever software programmes you prefer.
We don’t believe in overcomplicating things so to send us any work, all we ask is that you complete our case submission form on our ‘send your cases’ tab.
All we need from you are the ‘compliance documents’ which means a completed Fact Find, Attitude to Risk report, any necessary ceding scheme information and a comprehensive compilation of the case’s soft facts.
We will set up a cloud-based folder, such as Dropbox or Sharepoint to share documents between. Alternatively, you can submit documents through the case submission form, and we can send these back to you via a password protected Sharepoint link.

Yes, we have to charge VAT.
We aim to complete cases within 8 working days of the full file being received. If we think that a case will take longer, we will inform you of this either at the start of the process or as soon as possible after.
Any cases that you need sooner than 8 working days are subjected to a 25% uplift in fees and a 4-working day turnaround time.
Not at first but you might in the future. We allocate each case to the best Paraplanner for job, rather than working on a first come, first served basis. However, after a few cases, you may end up with the same Paraplanner for all your work.
No, we are a purely pay as you go service so no retainers and no minimum contract. You only pay for the work that you need doing, when you need it doing.
